PREPARATION
Step 1: Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs and milk, then mix everything until you achieve a smooth batter. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan for each pancake, aiming for a diameter of about 10 cm.
