HOW TO MAKE HOT HONEY PEACH WINGS

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ cup peach preserves
  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat the Oil: Preheat a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the Wings: In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with paprika, garlic powder, and salt to taste.
  • Make the Sauce: In a pot over medium heat, combine the minced garlic and butter. Cook until the butter is melted. Then, stir in the hot sauce, soy sauce, and peach preserves. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens into a syrup.
  • Fry the Wings: Deep fry the chicken wings for 12-15 minutes, cooking in batches if necessary, until they are golden and crispy.
  • Drain: Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Coat and Serve: Toss the fried wings in the prepared sauce until well coated. Serve and enjoy!

HOW TO SERVE THEM

Sweet and spicy chicken wings are delicious with ranch dressing, but you might also enjoy them with blue cheese dressing or crumbles for an added tang. For a classic accompaniment, serve them alongside celery sticks and baby carrots. And be sure to have plenty of napkins on hand—these wings can get a little messy!
