INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (10 oz) brewed coffee
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 1 ounce butterscotch schnapps* or syrup
  • 1 ounce heavy whipping cream or half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brew the coffee and pour it into a mug.
  2. Stir in 1 pinch of cinnamon, the butterscotch schnapps (or syrup), cream, and caramel sauce.
  3. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with an additional pinch of cinnamon before serving.

Notes

*For an alcohol-free option, substitute butterscotch syrup for the butterscotch schnapps. If you prefer a darker and less sweet coffee, feel free to omit the cream.
