Baked Chicken Alfredo is a comforting and indulgent dish that combines tender chicken, creamy Alfredo sauce, and a variety of flavorful toppings. It’s a perfect choice for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 25 oz linguini, cooked
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cups grated parmesan
  • 1 wheel brie cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Once the sauce starts to bubble, stir in the cooked chicken, chopped parsley, and parmesan cheese. Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
  • Assemble the Pasta: Add the cooked linguini to the skillet and toss it in the sauce until fully coated.
  • Bake the Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer half of the pasta mixture into a springform pan. Place the whole brie cheese in the center and cover it with the remaining pasta. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Serve: Garnish with additional parsley and slice to serve. Enjoy!
