Peanut butter oatmeal is a delicious, nutritious, and quick vegan breakfast! Made with wholesome ingredients like rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and plant-based milk, this creamy and satisfying oatmeal is perfect for a hearty start to your day. INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a small pot, combine all ingredients.
  • Place the pot on the stovetop and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent the oatmeal from sticking to the bottom.
  • Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the oatmeal is thick and creamy.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
