INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small pot, combine all ingredients.
- Place the pot on the stovetop and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent the oatmeal from sticking to the bottom.
- Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the oatmeal is thick and creamy.
